Changes to Cruiser Quest for 2010

The CQ has changed for 2010. The committee is constantly trying to make the contest better and every year there are minor changes. The only change for 2010 is that we will only be using cruises on Lake Sinclair to determine the winner. We still like to hear about cruises elsewhere, but will not use them to determine the winner.
