Hello, Everybody, This is to ask everyone’s help in respecting the OSYC rule (Rules & Regulations, #13) regarding storing personal items in the clubhouse basement. The following items are permitted. 1. Sails and accompanying spars. 2. Portable air conditioners 3. Other items which are to be contained in one plastic bin no larger than 2’X3’X20″ high. The sails and spars, air conditioners and bins are to be labeled with the owner’s name. Boats, gasoline motors, gas tanks and solvents are not permitted. With specific approval of the Buildings & Grounds Committee, certain personal items such as air compressors, pressure washers or vacuum cleaners may be stored on condition that they may be used by all members.
